Pictures, 4th of July and other happenings.

First off, it is very hot. Doing errands around this time of year is crazy because the air conditioner in the van never cools down. It is a nice 108 degrees right now with a pool of 103 degrees. Luckily we have air conditioning that works because noone wants my huge family to move in with them haha. It is supposed to be 113 this weekend. I love the southwest.

My babe in the hottub swimming pool.

Me and my honey on the way up north for camping !!

We went camping up north a few weeks ago. It was great weather. It was a cool 65 degrees at 8000 feet up. It was cold that night and the wind howled around our tents. It was 38 degrees. It supposedly snowed the weekend before we were up there. I would do a lot to live in the mountains again. Maybe we will when King Triton graduates from college.

Up north. It is always green up here and absolutely beautiful.

We went up north for the 4th of July and it was a lot of fun. I got to sit back and relax and enjoy my kids. They had a ton of fun with their cousins. It was a nice 80 degrees and rained a lot of the weekend. I love it when rain cools things off. When it rains down here we get 95 degrees and humidity. I saw my parents as well. We had a fun time with my mom and grandma at a park near their house. I saw my brother on Saturday the 4th. I have not seen him in about 1 1/2 years. It is amazing how he and I are still alike after not seeing eachother for a year. I got to have a good conversation wtih my dad.

Let's see, some other news....

We got a new puppy. He is super sweet and very playful. I will succeed in potty training him. His name is Heath. We have candy bar names for all of our animals. I wanted to do something similar in my blog, but could only come up with the prince and princeses theme as that is what my kids are into. We currently have a Milky Way (dog), Heath (dog), and Rolo (cat). In the past we have had a Snickers, Skittles, and Oreo. He is supposedly a sharp pei, chihauaha mix. I think he is lab and something else though. He is a ton of fun.

Heath about 5 months old.

We are going to go camping a few weeks up north with my 4 sister in laws, mother and father in law and all of the kids. There are 18 of them including mine, so it should be a ton of fun. The best part of it is, is it will be nicer weather.

Well that is it for now. My babe is crying and needs a nap and I should need to get to work.

  1. Hey, Alicia! Just stopping by to say hello. Norrah never got a breakthrough UTI after being on antibiotics. So there is DEFINITELY HOPE. There was one time that we had a scare and thought she had another UTI but urine tests were negative so... just a random fever. I am praying that your little one has little or no reflux at her next check and no breakthrough infections in the mean time!
