C had her doctor's appointment on Tuesday and it went fabulous. She has normal hemoglobin. No evidence of thalassemia. Yeah!! Now onto her urinary reflux testing next week and if that turns out normal she will be the picture of health. I am so, so relieved. Not only is it good that she is healthy, but it is nice to know we are not passing on something genetic and if we want more children we can go ahead without having to have genetic counseling. This does not explain why Jeremiah died. I guess I will just figure that out when I make it up to heaven.
My other 3 children are doing excellent as well and things are finally starting to look up. I am able to drive again. Even though they do not know why I had a seizure, they are pretty certain I will not have another one. (about a 15% chance) I had some more testing today and will have another EEG on Friday. I had another MRI today because the first one was ordered with contrast, but was not done with contrast. The contrast will find out if there is a tumor, which I highly doubt seeing as I learned more about the abuse I received as a baby. I will update more when I have time. It has been crazy busy with lots of appointments and work.
